After being abandoned for over 10 years, Triple Tech Inc was chosen to revitalize the vandalized structure which contains 14 dwelling units. Project involved extensive re-tracing of both electrical and plumbing lines to recreate as-built drawings which had been lost. Units now include new flooring, split AC, a laundry room, a new fire alarm system, and all new custom kitchens and closet systems. The units will service Guam’s low-income community under the management of Catholic Social Services.
