Construction Staging Facility

Triple Tech’s centrally located construction facility in Barrigada Heights features over 12,000 square feet of secure warehousing , offices, and fabrication shops. Our storage facility includes a 40ft container loading dock and forklift handling to cope with nearly any project demands.

The Right Tools for Every Job

Triple Tech self performs nearly all the fabrication and pre-production for every project. Our fleet of equipment includes everything needed to perform lumber and finishing casework fabrication, civil work, metal fabrication, paint, and even IT infrastructure installations. Having the right tools for the right job helps us ensure that every aspect of production from start to finish is completed with quality.

Modern Digital BIM Workflow

Each construction project presents unique and sometimes unexpected challenges which have the potential to cause numerous setbacks and cost overruns. At Triple Tech we recognize the value of software just as much as hardware. Our digital design process enables us to find and address these problems before they become a problem. BIM grants us the flexibility to work with each client’s unique design and scheduling challenges.

Home Renovation

It can be challenging to find a quality contractor for small projects. Large construction companies see small projects as a hassle. We like to look at them as an opportunity to maintain our operations during project downtime. Need a bathroom renovated, floors tiled, a room extended, perhaps a new garage? No job is too small. Custom Millwork

Sometimes off the shelf casework just doesn’t cut it. Triple Tech Inc. maintains a specialty woodworking and furniture paint shop for custom millwork that can’t be found elsewhere. In the past ten years Triple Tech has started taking orders for custom millwork and finishing, we’ve done everything from restaurant bars and bank tellers to custom kitchen cabinets and closet systems.

Stone and Countertops

Triple Tech works in conjunction with our sister company, Legacy Decor, to fabricate and install acrylic, quartz, and granite counter-tops for both commercial and residential use.
